Bookings are made by phone, email, or contact form and are subject to availability. Appointments are arranged by agreement, including weekend or limited Sunday appointments where available. The property should be ready for cleaning and, for move cleaning projects, empty unless otherwise agreed.

Cleaning services are provided with reasonable care, but no guarantee is made of sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, or removal of every allergen, and no specialist work is promised unless expressly agreed.
